AppApex deploys five AI agents that connect to your App Store Connect and revenue platform (RevenueCat or Superwall), continuously look at your live data, and surface specific actions you can take to grow MRR or improve retention. Approve an action and we either ship it for you (Growth and Studio plans) or hand you a playbook (Starter).

Every credential is encrypted AES-256-GCM at rest. Reads to App Store Connect, RevenueCat, and Superwall are server-side only and the credentials never reach the browser. We use one-way row-level security on the database side so agents can only see data scoped to your workspace. Full security details on request from security@appapex.io.

Read access to App Store Connect (Developer role or higher), a server API key for RevenueCat or Superwall, and optionally a Slack workspace. We never request write access until an Autopilot action explicitly needs it, and write actions are gated to Growth and Studio plans.

Under five minutes if you have your App Store Connect API key handy. First sync of 90 days of historical data usually completes in 30-60 seconds. Your first agent recommendation typically lands within ten minutes of setup.

Partially. App Store Connect alone gives you downloads, reviews, search terms, and listing-level conversion - enough to run ASO, Review Intel, and Spy. You'll get less precise impact estimates from Conversion and Retention without subscription-level data.

Every Autopilot action ships with rollback metadata and a watch window (typically 7-14 days). The originating agent monitors the post-deploy metric and auto-rolls back if the lift falls below threshold. You can also manually roll back any action from its detail page or Agents run history.

Yes. Open Agents → pick agent → Pause. Paused agents stop scheduling runs and stop executing Autopilot, but historical data and trends remain intact. Unpause any time.

Apps are bundled into your plan - Starter is 1 app, Growth is 3, Studio is 10. There are no per-app surcharges. If you need more than 10 apps, email founders@appapex.io and we'll set up a custom plan.

Yes - a 3-day free trial on any paid plan. A card is collected at checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends and can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.

Claude Sonnet for agent reasoning and Claude Haiku for fast classification. Model selection is per-task and tuned for cost/quality balance. We pay all inference costs - you pay only the flat subscription price.

Growth includes 3 team seats and Studio includes 10. All seats see the same workspace and inbox; actions like approve/dismiss are attributed to the user who took them. Per-user permissions (read-only seats, approval-only seats) are on the Studio plan.

We track every published change to the App Review Guidelines and surface a notification if your current setup is at risk (for example, paywall designs that violate the latest guidance). The Spy agent also watches Apple's developer feed and flags relevant updates in your Friday briefing.

Yes. Every agent run, brief, and recommendation can be exported as JSON from its detail page. Workspace-wide exports are available from Settings → Data export - useful for compliance reviews or migrating to a new tool.

Never. Your App Store Connect, RevenueCat, and Superwall data are never shared, sold, used to train models, or used to inform recommendations for other workspaces. Aggregate trend data (anonymized, k-anonymity ≥ 50) may inform the Spy agent's market context, but never your individual numbers.

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation is immediate; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, then the workspace flips to read-only.
