Connect Slack to get the moments that matter pushed straight into a channel - new high-priority recommendations, run summaries, competitor alerts, and Autopilot action receipts.
Connect Slack
- 1Open the integration
Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Slack, and click Connect.
- 2Authorize and pick a channel
Approve the OAuth prompt in your workspace and choose the default channel AppApex should post to.

Route by priority and agent

Slack notifications respect your quiet hours. During a configured quiet window, non-urgent posts are held and delivered when the window ends, so a launch weekend stays calm.
